Restrictive Covenant Outline
  • No monthly HOA assessment to homeowner’s.
  • Builders are responsible for full yard landscaping.
  • All architectural and improvement submittals shall be reviewed by the Declarant (Lorson Ranch Metropolitan District and its applicable Design Review Committee).
  • All construction shall be completed within 7 months from the commencement of construction.
  • Landscaping must be completed within 6 months following the occupancy of any home. While normally completed upon each home closing, the 6 month grace period allows for proper seasonal planting.
  • Lot owners shall be responsible for maintaining all improvements as well as the grade of each individually owned lot.
Covenants may vary slightly for each development. Future detached single dwelling unit communities in Lorson will have similar covenants to those of Ponderosa, etc.
