Restrictive Covenant Outline
- No monthly HOA assessment to homeowner’s.
- Builders are responsible for full yard landscaping.
- All architectural and improvement submittals shall be reviewed by the Declarant (Lorson Ranch Metropolitan District and its applicable Design Review Committee).
- All construction shall be completed within 7 months from the commencement of construction.
- Landscaping must be completed within 6 months following the occupancy of any home. While normally completed upon each home closing, the 6 month grace period allows for proper seasonal planting.
- Lot owners shall be responsible for maintaining all improvements as well as the grade of each individually owned lot.
